How to request a return?

1. Access your order details here.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note if desired.

5. Click Request return.

Shipped orders:

6. If your return request is approved and requires return shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a free return shipping label.

7. After the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund. (original shipping fees paid are non-refundable)

Curbside Pickup Order:

6. If your return request is approved please pull up in front of our store M-F 9a-4p (excludes national holidays). Remain in your vehicle.

7. Text us at 517-258-7084 to let us know you've arrived along with your order number (#9999), vehicle make & vehicle color.

8. A team member will come out and retrieve your return.

9.  After the product is inspected, you will receive a refund.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.


    What items are returnable? 

    • Items delivered within 90 days ago
    • Items that have not been damaged, altered, worn or otherwise changed after delivery
    • If the item had the original packaging or was new with tags then all tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged.

    What items are non-refundable? 

     The following items cannot be returned:
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as final sale
    • All Reseller & Wholesale boxes
    • Any extra fees charged including shipping fees

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product has issues not disclosed or was damaged during shipping, reach out to us within 90 days of the delivery date and we will get you a full refund or return for a full refund. (That includes all extra fees you may have originally paid)


    Can the items be exchanged?

    The quickest and easiest way to exchange an item is to return the item you would like to exchange for a full refund and purchase the other item separately.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a refund within 72 hours.
